Shift Coordinator HPT F-H

1. Operational and performance management

Follow the SQCDPI indicators of the perimeter and contribute to achieving HPT performance objectives. Update and follow action plans and PDCA with the Activity Manager. Ensure the proper execution of production in compliance with the schedule and priorities. Guarantee the application of production and quality standards (start-up sheets, level 1 maintenance, tonnage). Perform field checks and audits to ensure compliance with practices. Participate in management routines and continuous improvement actions.

2. Transverse coordination and communication

Ensure operational interface with support departments (quality, methods, maintenance, logistics). Coordinate exchanges with HPT lot facilitators and quality agents. Guarantee the proper handover of instructions between teams and ensure the continuity of activities. Report alerts, discrepancies, and key information to management.

3. Proximity management support

Coordinate the daily activity of operators in the field. Participate in team meetings and HPT routines. Support teams in solving operational problems. Collect and relay improvement proposals and risk situations. Ensure compliance with standards, operating rules, and safety instructions.

4. Skill development and social climate

Contribute to the development of versatility and technical skills of the teams. Participate in operator evaluations and recruitment interviews with the Activity Manager. Support the integration of new employees and ensure compliance with internal regulations. Foster a serene, motivating, and collaborative work environment.
