About the Role:
Agri Exim Global, Inc. is currently seeking a skilled Shift Electrician to join our Engineering & Maintenance Department (EMD) at our plant in Quinokol, Darong, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient implementation of electrical preventive maintenance and facility operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in a manufacturing plant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient implementation of electrical preventive maintenance.
• Maintain proficiency by attending technical trainings.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Provide access for future maintenance and avoid hazardous/unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications.
• Conduct repairs on faulty equipment or systems.
• Facilitate the connection of wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment, and install grounding leads.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical raceways; pull wirings through conduits.
• Inspect wirings and fixtures for conformance to electrical codes.
• Facilitate motor replacement, repair, and testing.
• Maintain inventory of good motors in the stock room.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: At least 2 years of Electrical Technology / Vocational course graduate.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing company.

• Technical Skills (Must Have):

  • Motor controls
  • Building & industrial wiring
  • Drives configuration
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) installation & configuration
  • Background in instrumentation and electro-mechanics.

• Good to Have: Skilled in Electro-pneumatic.

• Nice to Have: Knowledgeable in PLC & instrumentation.

• Computer: Not required (no laptop/desktop needed).
