What they need
- System Operations & Monitoring: Monitor and control building management systems (BMS), generators, boilers, chillers, electrical boards, and HVAC equipment.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, fix equipment breakdowns, and resolve urgent technical or facility issues.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce local building, mechanical, electrical, and fire safety codes, inspect safety/firefighting gear, and act as an emergency or fire team leader.
- Team & Contractor Coordination: Supervise shift technicians, coordinate with outside contractors, and manage proper shift handovers with incoming teams.
- Logging & Reporting: Maintain operational logbooks, record utility consumption, and document maintenance activities or incidents.
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
