Shift Engineer - Electrical

Role & responsibilities:

• Supervise production line operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Troubleshoot machinery and technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead and motivate a team of production workers.
• Monitor production metrics and report performance trends.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• B.tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the FMCG industry only
