What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Ventilation Systems, and VRF/VRV units.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.
- Ensure optimum temperature and indoor air quality across tenant areas and common facilities.
- Attend HVAC-related complaints and rectify issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance activities and AMC works.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain daily log sheets, maintenance records, and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements..
- Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, and Facility teams during emergencies and shutdown activities.
