Shift Engineer - IT

Role & responsibilities

• End-user support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
• Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, network printers, and peripheral devices.
• Network support activities including switch configuration, access point management, LAN troubleshooting, and connectivity support.
• Management and support of video conferencing systems and meeting room infrastructure.
• IT asset and inventory management, ticket handling, and coordination with vendors for warranty and AMC support.
• Support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SAP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other enterprise IT services.
• Safety during operation & maintenance for Fn yr

i) Zero accidents & awareness of safety among the team

ii) Near miss reporting & use of PPE

The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience in desktop and network support, and the ability to provide efficient IT services in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 9 years experience in related field
