Location: Hosur, Bangalore
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / BE (EEE) / B.Tech in Electrical

We are looking for experienced Shift Engineers – Machine Maintenance to join our team in a high-volume automotive/manufacturing environment. If you have strong expertise in electrical maintenance, automation troubleshooting, and industrial machinery, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle breakdown maintenance and minimize production downtime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of conveyors, EMS conveyors, Motrain systems, hydraulic presses, electric hoists, and robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, including Allen-Bradley and Siemens, along with VFDs and electro-pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose faults in motors, control panels, sensors, relays, marking machines, and automation equipment.
• Monitor machine health and improve equipment reliability through regular inspections.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve machine stoppages and execute maintenance schedules.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection checklists, and shift handover reports.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce recurring breakdowns.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma in Electrical / BE (EEE) / B.Tech in Electrical.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in machine maintenance within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and robotic equipment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
