Shift Engineer (Registered Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate all building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and auxiliary systems)
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment
• Respond to technical issues, breakdowns, and emergencies during the shift
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident records
• Support energy-saving initiatives and ensure efficient system operations
• Escalate major issues and provide technical recommendations

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent)
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
• Hands-on experience with building systems and maintenance operations
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
