In this role, you will provide direct support to adults with disabilities while also offering on-shift leadership, guidance, and coaching to coworkers. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living and personal care supports, administering medications as trained, monitoring and reporting changes in health or behavior, and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and timely.
