Job Summary

Responsible for managing complete blow moulding shift operations , including manpower, machine utilization, production targets, quality, productivity, and shop-floor compliance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing 1L to 5L bottles/containers .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day blow moulding production operations during the assigned shift.
• Handle production of 1L to 5L bottles/containers as per production plans.
• Monitor machine performance, output, cycle time, downtime, rejection, and scrap.
• Manage manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of operators and helpers.
• Handle mould changeovers, machine setup, and process parameter adjustments.
• Troubleshoot production and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth production.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining required quality standards.
• Monitor raw material consumption, wastage, and rejection levels.
• Maintain shift-wise production, rejection, downtime, and productivity reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S, safety, and quality standards .
• Train and guide operators for efficient machine operation and process control.
• Identify opportunities for improving OEE, productivity, and process efficiency .
