Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage shift activities, including batch processing, continuous process operations, and pilot plant experiments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, production scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ensure effective utilization of resources such as reactors, distillation columns, pumps, heat exchangers, filtration systems, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of batch sheets, chiller logs, boiler logs, cooling tower logs, DCS operation logs etc.
