Roles & Responsibilities Warehouse & Material Management

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including Gate Entry, Material Receiving, MRC/GRN, Binning, and Line Issuance.

• Ensure accurate Move Order vs. Material Issued reconciliation and timely account submission.

• Conduct regular inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.

• Ensure adherence to daily 5S audits and safety walk audits to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.

• Monitor and achieve Receiving TAT of 2 hours, MRC/GRN TAT of 48 hours, and Line Issuance TAT of 25–30 minutes.

• Plan and manage shift-wise manpower deployment based on operational requirements.

• Coordinate with contractors to address manpower shortages, absenteeism, and resource requirements.

• Prepare and coordinate daily shift schedules to ensure smooth and uninterrupted warehouse operations.

• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly operational reports, including:

• Receiving Report

• MRC/GRN Report

• Line Issue Report

• Binning Report

• Inventory Reconciliation Report

• Monitor warehouse KPIs and take corrective actions to improve TAT, productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels.

• Drive monthly Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.

• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities related to manpower, material handling, storage, and operational processes.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Finance, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely line support.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, inventory controls, and company policies.
