Job Responsibilities

• Handle complete shift operations in the production department.
• Allocate work and monitor manpower during the shift.
• Ensure production targets, quality, and safety are achieved.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve shop floor issues.
• Maintain shift reports and ensure smooth handover to the next shift.

Eligibility

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or related discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in machine shop or injection moulding is preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
