Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the SMT (Shift Management Team) to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
• Coordinate with team members to plan and execute shifts, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing stockouts or overstocking situations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of manpower handling, shift planning, and smt processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
