Shift Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for 66 kV switchyard and 11 kV distribution systems.
• Lead operation, maintenance and emergency restoration activities.
• Coordinate with DISCOM, GETCO, SLDC and utility authorities.
• Manage PTW, LOTO and statutory compliance.
• Lead a team of 25+ engineers, supervisors and technicians.

Technical Expertise Required:

• 66/11 kV transformers, OLTC, CT/PT, LA, isolators and circuit breakers.
• Protection relays including Differential, REF, OC/EF, Distance and Busbar protection.
• Control & relay circuits, tripping logic, interlocks and annunciation.
• SCADA, RTU and electrical distribution systems.
• Transformer and switchgear testing and troubleshooting.

Qualification & Experience:

• BE/B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical only.
• 8-15 years experience in HT/EHT substations.
• Valid Government Electrical Supervisor License up to 66 kV (Mandatory).
