Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance expectations.
• Conduct regular inventory management tasks such as ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining shelves to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years' experience in retail management or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
