What they need
. Shift In charge – IBM / IM / Lining & Assembly Machines
- Experience: 8–10 year
- Experience in injection blow moulding, injection moulding, vision inspection systems (IntraVis/ Sacmi), and lining & assembly machines.
- Strong troubleshooting, mould changeover, rejection control, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of manpower planning, SAP production, utilities, 7 QC tools, 8D, 5S, and basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
