Shift incharge

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the shift.
• Supervise store staff and allocate daily duties.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and staff discipline.
• Ensure proper customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving sales targets.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper receiving, checking, and storage of goods.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO methods and check product expiry dates.
• Monitor product quality, damaged goods, and wastage.
• Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product display.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments.
• Prepare daily sales, stock, attendance, and shift handover reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Report operational issues, stock discrepancies, and customer complaints to management.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for the store.
• Guide and train new employees on store operations and customer handling.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
