We have been mandated by a large conglomerate for the below mentioned position.

Position - Shift In Charge- Mining

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Mining Engineering

Certification: 2nd Class Mines Managers Certificate (R-CMR) – Mandatory

Job Purpose:

To support the Project/Production Manager in achieving coal production and OB removal targets while ensuring safe, efficient and compliant mining operations through effective deployment of manpower, machinery and other resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage shift-wise coal production & OB removal operations.

- Ensure safe deployment of HEMM, manpower and mining resources.

- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Auto-Electrical, Blasting & Excavation teams.

- Monitor mine safety, haul roads, traffic discipline and statutory compliance.

- Handle equipment breakdowns, emergencies and ensure effective shift handover.

- Maintain shift reports, logbooks and operational records.
