BASE PAY + TIPS +GAS ALLOWANCES

• Prepare a variety of pizzas following established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every slice.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently to support food production.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety by adhering to sanitizing procedures, proper food handling, and hygiene protocols throughout all stages of food preparation.
• Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or toppings based on customer preferences and industry trends.
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food quality during transit, providing friendly and professional customer service upon delivery.
• Manage high-volume production during peak hours by organizing ingredients, prepping toppings, and ensuring timely assembly of orders.
• Follow all food safety management practices, including proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable; experience with pizza or fine dining is a plus.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques such as poaching, braising, grilling, and meal assembly is preferred.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating kitchen equipment are essential for efficient food production.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume production while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with dietary department procedures or catering services will be advantageous.
• Commitment to food safety practices including sanitizing procedures, proper food handling, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for delivery responsibilities; previous driving experience is beneficial.
