What Will You Do?

• Lead by Example: Set the standard for excellent customer service, teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Support and Motivate the Team: Help guide crew members throughout each shift, provide direction, and encourage a fun, productive work environment.
• Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences: Ensure every guest is greeted with a smile and receives friendly service and quality products.
• Manage Daily Shift Operations: Help organize tasks, assign responsibilities, monitor workflow, and ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.
• Maintain Restaurant Standards: Ensure the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and workstations remain clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming.
• Ensure Food Safety and Quality: Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food preparation, sanitation, safety, and security.
• Train and Develop Team Members: Help new employees learn their responsibilities and support the growth and success of the entire team.
• Lead Shift Preparation and Closing: Ensure the restaurant is properly prepared for each shift and that all opening, closing, and shift-change duties are completed.
• Communicate Effectively: Maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with crew members and management.
• Handle Challenges Professionally: Help resolve guest concerns, support the team during busy periods, and communicate issues to management when needed.
• Stay Accountable: Be punctual, dependable, detail-oriented, and honest while maintaining company standards and a professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as directed by management to help ensure the restaurant’s success.

What Will You Need?

• Must be 18 years or older, or meet the minimum age requirements for the Shift Lead position.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred; leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support others.
• Dependability, honesty, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and lead by example.
• The ability to follow company procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 35 pounds and standing, walking, bending, reaching, and grasping throughout a shift.
• A genuine passion for serving guests and helping team members succeed.
