Shift Lead

Goodberry's Shift Lead is a front-line leadership role responsible for owning the execution of each shift from start to finish. This position is accountable for ensuring that service, product quality, and operational standards are consistently delivered at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Leads work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team, directing the flow of the shift, making real-time decisions, and maintaining momentum during peak volume. They are responsible for translating expectations into action by coaching Team Members, adjusting priorities, and ensuring the store is operating efficiently at all times.

Success in this role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to lead with both urgency and consistency in a fast-paced environment. Above all, success in this role is ensuring a great experience for our guests. If this aligns with you, we'd love to talk.
