Shift Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager to the overall operations of the store as well as focus on training.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times, addressing any customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Monitor and control inventory levels and expenses to optimize profitability.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee development.

Requirements:

• Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• A strong desire to engage with customers and employees in a fast, friendly and personalized way.
• A contagious smile
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
