Shift Lead

Carousels Icery is looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Shift Lead to join our team at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets.

We're looking for someone who can provide great customer service while also taking responsibility for the store during their scheduled shifts. This position requires the ability to open and close the store as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store independently as scheduled
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Prepare and serve our ice cream products
• Operate the register and handle cash and card transactions
• Complete opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area
• Help keep the team on task during assigned shifts
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
• Communicate inventory, staffing, or operational issues to ownership
• Assist with training and supporting Team Members

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual
• Available to open and close as needed
• Comfortable taking responsibility for the store during a shift
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous food service, retail, or leadership experience preferred

Schedule

This is a part-time position. Availability for a combination of weekdays, evenings, and weekends is preferred.

Candidates must have the flexibility to open or close the store as needed.

Compensation

$15.00–$16.00 per hour + tips, based on experience
