Alchemy Brands is a collection of wellness-inspired food concepts including fast casual cafés, prepared meals, and nutrition services. Our locations differ in menu and vibe depending on the neighborhood they’re in. We aspire to transcend and redefine wellness by making functional, feel good food and nutrition education more accessible for all.

We are looking for energetic and lively people to join our team at Alchemy Kitchen. We have been a neighborhood staple for over five years and looking to expand our teams!

What we're looking for:

• Great technique; you have strong knife skills

• Kitchen savvy; you know your weights, measurements and volumes

• Attention to detail; you follow all steps and techniques to ensure consistency

• Tidy and clean; maintaining a sanitary, food-safe workstation is important to you

• Team player; willing to work together to prep our kitchens

Responsibilities:

• Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns and complaints
• Ensuring product quality and communicate knowledge to team and guests
• Resolve operational and staffing issues as they arise
• Coach staff on company standards for behavior, presentation, and communication
• Ensure the completion of opening, shift change, and closing duties
• Maintain cash handling standards and ensure doors are locked when necessary
• Reduce waste and protect the company’s investment in food, labor, paper goods, etc.
• Use your best judgment to create a unique, genuine customer experience that will foster customer loyalty
• Set and maintain a positive tone and attitude during each shift

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
