We are looking for highly motivated individuals to be a part of our Silverlake Ramen team in South Pasadena. Restaurant server duties include taking and delivering customer orders while simultaneously providing outstanding customer service.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated experienced Servers with the drive and ambition to transition into a Shift Lead role. You will start by mastering our front-of-house service—taking orders, guiding guests, and delivering a quality dining experience—while learning our daily operations so you can step up to lead shifts in the near future. You will have up to 2 months to learn everything as you prepare for the transition into the shift lead role.

Responsibilities

• ​Guest Experience: Warmly greet guests, answer questions, explain menu items, an ensure every guest feels welcome.
• Service Delivery: Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely, friendly fashion.
• Operational Support: Maintain clean, sanitized, and well-prepared dining areas throughout the shift.
• Leadership Track: Learn opening/closing procedures, model excellent customer service for teammates, and prepare to oversee shift operations as you advance in your position.
• General Duties: Promptly handle guest inquiries and assist with other restaurant tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields is required.
• Strong leadership potential with an eagerness to take on more responsibility over time.
• Ability to build quick rapport with guests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be open to learning basic Spanish language skills for efficient communication with our team and guests.
• Weekend availability is a major plus.

The successful candidate will be a skilled professional with previous experience in a restaurant setting and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. As our company continues to grow, we're looking to fill multiple server positions to accommodate our customers' needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
