Shift Lead

Eco Service Dallas LLC. is seeking a highly productive shift lead for our Dallas plant. Are you a natural born leader and motivational coach? Can you delegate and problem-solve in a fast pace environment? Are you experienced in high production and identifying good talent? Are you an ambassador for safety and quality? Are you organized at record keeping and using latest technology for inventory control?

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar position., with superviorsory experience with emphasis on leadership/coaching, supervision, communication and planning.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual; English/Spanish strongly preferred
• PAY: DOE

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
