Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction
• Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly to maintain high service standards
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff while maintaining compliance with IHOP’s SOPs
• Maintain accurate reports, personnel files, and operational documentation
• Work collaboratively with the General Manager to meet financial and marketing goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills are a plus (Email, MS Excel, MS Word)
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

Work Schedule

• Full-time shifts, including 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends, and holidays
• On-site position requiring availability for day and night shifts
• This is an hourly position
