We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Lead to join our team and help us keep the good times (and great food) rolling!

What You'll Do as a Shift Lead:

As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers leave with smiles on their faces. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting team members during your shift to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service are met.
• Assisting with daily operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Problem-solving and addressing any challenges that arise during your shift.
• Acting as a role model for the team and fostering a collaborative, can-do atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

We’re searching for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a knack for leadership. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory position, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
