Shift Lead

A Shift Leader at Cold Stone Creamery is a leadership position within the ice cream service team, responsible for guiding crew members, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering the brand’s signature “Ultimate Ice Cream Experience.”

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff during shifts, coordinating tasks and ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Prepare and serve customer orders quickly and accurately, including making ice cream, cakes, and other novelties daily.
• Manage inventory to maintain adequate product levels and protect company assets.
• Train and coach crew members, helping them follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in front-of-house, back line, and kitchen areas.
• Operate POS systems (e.g., Aloha POS, Micros POS) for accurate transactions.
• Handle cash handling duties with accuracy, including balancing registers at shift end.
• Support daily store operations by restocking supplies, managing service flow, and meeting sales goals.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
