SHIFT LEAD

Shift Leads oversee bakery operations during assigned shifts and ensure brand excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising 1–8 team members during shifts
• Ensuring smooth operations and joyful guest experiences
• Delegating tasks and motivating team members
• Managing shift checklists, inventory counts, and production flow
• Handling guest concerns with professionalism and warmth
• Ensuring compliance with NBC standards, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Leadership ability and strong initiative
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to supervise multiple team members
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must agree to a background check

Flash forward and the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand has grown nationwide. Built on Dena and Debbie's vision, each bakery still has the warmth and nostalgia of its home-kitchen roots, but we also take a modern approach for the world today. Pay: Starting at $20.00 / hour
