Job Summary
Crispy Cones is seeking a dependable and energetic Shift Lead to support the daily operations of our store. The Shift Lead plays a vital role in leading the team, upholding product quality, and ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience. This includes quick and friendly service, accurate order fulfillment, and proactively addressing guest needs. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for leadership, customer service, and working in a fast-paced food service environment.

What you’ll do

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by communicating clearly with staff and guests.
• Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and preparation standards to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Address and resolve minor guest complaints, operational issues, or equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the prep, service, and cooking areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including availability for morning, night, and weekend shifts, including Sundays.
• Represent Crispy Cones’ values and standards while creating memorable experiences for guests.

Desired skills and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisor/shift lead experience at a restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Avaialbility to work weekends and late nigth shifts.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety procedures.
• Familiarity with opening and closing procedures in a retail or food service setting.
• Understanding of leadership principles and guest service standards.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities during each shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

To apply you must meet the minimum Requirements

● Must be able to work weekends and assist with opening and closing shifts.

● Atleast 2 year of supervisor/shift lead experience in a restaurant or food service establishment.

● Must be at least 18 years old in accordance with applicable federal labor laws.

● Legally eligible to work in the United States
