Shift Lead DashMart

Join DoorDash’s DashMart team as a Shift Lead and help run fast-paced, local fulfillment operations. You’ll support day-to-day store operations, lead Operations Associates during your shift, and ensure customers receive accurate and high-quality orders.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is comfortable balancing team leadership with operational responsibilities.

Tasks

As a Shift Lead, you will help oversee daily DashMart operations during your assigned shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and support Operations Associates throughout the shift
• Delegate tasks and help prioritize daily operational activities
• Support inventory management, stocking, receiving, picking and order fulfillment
• Monitor order accuracy, quality and operational standards
• Identify and escalate operational issues when necessary
• Help train and coach team members
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment
• Support smooth shift transitions and communication between team members
• Work hands-on alongside the team during busy periods
• Help ensure productivity and customer experience expectations are met

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced operational environment such as retail, grocery, food service, warehouse or fulfillment.

Ideally, you bring:

• Previous experience as a Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, Team Lead, Assistant Manager or similar
• Experience leading, training or supporting a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions during a busy shift
• Experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Comfortable working with inventory and operational processes
• Basic computer skills, including tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse and fulfillment operations
• Flexibility to work the schedule required by the location, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays
• A reliable and team-oriented approach to work

Compensation:

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
