Shift Lead for Eastpointe, MI

SHIFT LEADER NEEDED @ WINGSTOP

Think you can handle the heat?

Wingstop is looking for a rockstar Shift Leader to help run the show, keep the crew in sync, and make sure our legendary wings are served hot, fast, and full of flavor.

What You'll Do:

• Lead your shift like a boss (without needing the title just yet)
• Keep the energy up and the vibes good
• Jump in wherever needed—register, kitchen, or customer highfives
• Make sure things run smoother than our ranch dip

You Bring:

• Leadership energy and team spirit
• Fast food or restaurant experience (bonus points!)
• The ability to stay cool in the kitchen chaos
• A love for wings, people, and getting stuff DONE

We Bring:

• Competitive pay
• Free food on your shift
• Growth opportunities (seriously, we promote from within!)
• A fun, fastpaced team that feels like family

If you're ready to step up and bring the flavor, we’ve got your back.

Apply today and lead the wing life.
