Shift Lead - Grocery Store

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Shift Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cashiers, front end operations, and merchandisers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Contribute to the management of cash handling, including opening and closing procedures, and conducting cash counts.
• Assist with stock replenishment, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cashiers and merchandisers.
• Possess a strong understanding of the store's products and services, and stay up-to-date on the latest promotions and trends.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math skills, including cash handling.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A strong understanding of store operations or the ability to learn them.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
