Shift Lead/Crew Member

Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety guidelines
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by performing sanitation duties like bussing tables and cleaning kitchen equipment
• Process cash transactions accurately while balancing registers at shift end
• Assist in training new team members on food preparation, POS operation, and customer service protocols

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick-service restaurant environments
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash register operation skills
• Strong culinary experience with knowledge of operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced shifts seamlessly
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to boost sales opportunities
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing register balances
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
