Shift Leader

Our Dave's Hot Chicken franchise is seeking Shift Leaders to maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere for our team and guests. In this leadership role, you will manage day-to-day restaurant activities, supervise team members, monitor compliance with safety and operational policies, and delegate tasks.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Certified in all stations per the DHC Training Program
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50–75 lbs

Key Duties:

• Complete the DHC Training Program and train team members
• Implement direction from the Restaurant Management Team
• Communicate training and guidance needs to your supervisor
• Complete required Walks and Q&A checks
• Manage team schedules and attendance
• Assign duties based on role and skill level
• Ensure food preparation adheres to cooking, safety, and sanitary standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
