Safety, Health & Environment

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Take immediate action to stop or mitigate any safety risks during the shift.
• Drive employee awareness and accountability for safe working practices.

Quality

• Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor production quality and address deviations promptly.
• Take ownership of quality-related risks and initiate corrective actions when required.

Production Operations

• Deliver production output according to the production plan.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures.
• Coordinate resources effectively to meet productivity and efficiency targets.
• Maintain accurate shift reporting through established DMS and reporting channels.

Continuous Improvement

• Promote World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles and a zero-loss mindset.
• Support Autonomous Maintenance (AM) development within the team.
• Participate in problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 5 Why, 5W1H, 4M, and ABC Analysis.
• Drive performance improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
