Our mission is to provide high-quality essentials at great prices, and we can only do that with a dedicated, "all-in" team. Your Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: Supervise daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and the store stays organized.
• Mentor the Team: Train and develop staff on buying techniques, customer service, and store protocols.
• Manage the Flow: Monitor inventory levels, handle cash register operations, and ensure policy compliance.
• Solve Problems: Be the go-to person for customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (Retail preferred).
• Strong cash handling and cashier skills.
• Excellent communication skills—you know how to motivate a diverse team.
• Reliable transportation and a commitment to your scheduled shifts.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
