Required skills/experience

· Must be at least 18 years old

· High school diploma or GED

· Must be polite, reliable, patient, hardworking and ethical

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Problem solving skills are a must!

· Pizza experience is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities include

· Opening and closing duties

· Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally

· Oversee the work of all staff members and manage labor

· Assist with training and mentoring new employees
