Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant systems to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations.
• Supervise shift operations and provide direction to operators and subordinates.
• Monitor boilers, turbines, generators, pumps, conveyors, utilities, and auxiliary systems.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance teams.
• Conduct plant inspections and maintain operating parameters within specified limits.
• Maintain operation logs, reports, permits, and other operational records.
• Support LOTO, Permit-to-Work, confined space, and plant safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and other departments during start-ups, shutdowns, and emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience working as a Shift Leader in Power Generation, Energy, Renewable Energy (Solar), Oil & Gas, Biomass, or Heavy Industry.
• Background in High Voltage and BESS is a plus.
• A TOEIC score of 600+ is a plus. Candidates without a TOEIC score must take the company’s English proficiency test.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, steam turbines, generators, pumps, valves, instrumentation and control systems, utilities, and overall plant operations.
• 1 round of online interview / Final round of onsite interview.
• Fair English communication skills.

Working hours: Monday - Friday  8.00 - 17.00. 
Location: Ayutthaya / Saraburi.
