Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour, with a compensation review after six months

We are hiring a Retail Shift Leader for a busy Philadelphia location. You will help guide the team throughout each shift, maintain high operating standards and create a positive experience for both customers and employees. You do not need years of management experience. We are more interested in your leadership mindset, work ethic and ability to make a positive impact.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Shift Leader, you will:

• Set clear priorities at the beginning of each shift and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities
• Lead by example through a professional attitude, strong work ethic and consistent customer service
• Keep team members focused, motivated and working efficiently during busy and quieter periods
• Listen to employees, respond constructively and provide clear guidance when expectations are not being met
• Coordinate floor coverage, breaks and daily tasks so the store operates smoothly
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash-handling accuracy and store security
• Help train new employees and provide practical feedback as they develop
• Respond calmly to customer concerns and escalate more serious issues when appropriate
• Monitor store presentation, product availability and operational standards
• Communicate shift updates, performance concerns and follow-up actions to store management

Leadership Development

We plan to grow our Philadelphia-area locations and want to develop future Store Managers from within the business. You will receive practical support in team leadership, store operations, performance management and decision-making.

As you build your Shift Leader experience and demonstrate consistent performance, you may be considered for increased responsibility and future store management opportunities as the business grows.

We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible or within four weeks of accepting an offer.
