Duties

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members through employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and ongoing coaching to enhance performance.
• Communicate effectively with staff through managerial communication skills; resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
• Support store management in implementing sales strategies and operational initiatives aligned with business goals.Qualifications
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills are necessary for creating positive customer interactions.
