Shift Leader

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, customer service, and inventory management during your shift
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and ensure accurate cashiering processes
• Oversee stock replenishment and inventory control to optimize product availability and presentation
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Monitor store safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Requirements

• Proven 1 year experience as a Shift Leader or Manager, team management experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with employee training & development
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management
• Be able to pick up on duties quickly.
• Endure 2 or more weeks of crew training before beginning Shift Lead training.
• Report to the General Manager with tasks outside the scope of practice.
• Retain operational rules and apply them to tasks.
• Exhibit stellar customer service.
• Display organizational skills and time management
• Open availability is a requirement.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
