Job Overview

Red Dessert Dive is seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Leader to help coordinate daily operations and support the team during each shift. This role focuses on maintaining excellent customer service, supporting employees, keeping operations organized, and ensuring a smooth experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
• Help open and close the shop according to procedures
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist with orders, transactions, and product preparation as needed
• Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• Maintain organized workstations and customer areas
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures
• Communicate shift updates and operational needs to management

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, café, dessert shop, or retail experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or shift-lead experience is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
