Pay Scale: $20.00 - $21.00

As a Shift Lead you will play a vital role in leading and supporting operations!

What you will do:

Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely manner
Take customer orders over the counter and phone orders
Acknowledges and addresses customer concerns
Directs team members on shift to follow all cash management and cash register policies.
Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
Prepares daily administrative paperwork, cash reconciliations for entire day (including voids, refunds, and returns), and daily deposit preparation
Gives breaks as necessary, when appropriate, and according to labor law guidelines.
Maintains focus on food standards, costs, and safety during the shift.
Performs nightly inventory.
Ensures team members are following all work safety guidelines
