Shift Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations of our Korean BBQ restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsible for supervising dining floor operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and proper staff coordination. The Shift Leader oversees front-of-house execution while maintaining company standards for service quality, cleanliness, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Supervise daily dining floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure proper table flow, seating coordination, and service coverage during shifts.

Quality Delivery:

• Ensure guests receive high-quality service and a consistent Wolhwa Galbi dining experience.
• Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.

People Management:

• Assign staff to appropriate stations and ensure duties are carried out correctly.
• Support and guide staff during service to maintain performance standards.

Cost & Compliance Support

• Monitor basic operational costs such as daily supplies, electricity, and water usage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic regulatory requirements during shifts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in Korean BBQ or Korean cuisine establishments (not mandatory but a plus).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, inventory management, and staff development.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
