• Oversee daily operations and team performance
• Keep things running smoothly (and drama-free!)
• Model energy, effort, and high standards
• Support new hires and develop crew members

• Leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
• Strong work ethic and personal responsibility
• Calm under pressure and good at solving problems
• Reliable, consistent, and coachable
