What You'll Be Doing

As a Shift Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead by Example: Support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee Operations: Manage daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the store runs smoothly during your shift.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise with professionalism and care.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management team to meet sales goals and maintain a well-organized store environment.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked with the latest trends.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with both customers and team members.
