Job Title: Shift Lead – Pizza Restaurant

Location: Chantilly, Virginia

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $15.00 to 17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Shift Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant, strong leadership skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

● Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts.

● Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

● Oversee pizza preparation and food quality to company standards.

● Assist with opening and closing procedures.

● Handle cash, POS transactions, and end-of-shift cash reconciliation.

● Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and health department standards.

● Train and coach team members on procedures and performance.

● Maintain inventory, restock supplies, and communicate product needs to management.

● Help achieve sales, labor, and food cost goals.

Qualifications

● Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience (required).

● Previous shift lead, supervisor, or key holder experience preferred.

● Strong leadership and communication skills.

● Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

● Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
